NordicNeedle.com was funky on Monday (and not in a good way)

Yikes! So apparently on Monday AM, our domain registrar (Network Solutions) for NordicNeedle.com thought it would be neat to let just anybody call in and change our domain name servers (those are the servers that route our browsers to the correct website). Thankfully our customers and newsletter readers thought something was wrong too and we got a lot of e-mails – we did send out a message via e-mail to our newsletter list to let everyone know that it was taken care of and that we’re switching registrars so that it doesn’t happen again. We’re sorry it happened at all though, and hopefully it won’t happen to another Network Solutions customer.

Everything should be back to normal now, and that is a good thing because TODAY, at 11:00AM Central Time, is the the day we start taking registrations for our annual stitching retreat! You can read more about it at our “Stitching Around the World Retreat 2010” page.

In other news, I just got back from vacation (vaca pics later! my baby niece Avery is growing up so fast!) and am trying to get over this strep throat, but happy to be back around my friends at Nordic Needle. Hope everyone’s week is going great so far!
