Hi Roz–thanks so much for a wonderful newsletter week after week. Definitely a highlight of my Monday!
Here I am holding the Long Dog Sampler “Plight of Fancy” I completed in 2007. I changed out the alphabets at the top and bottom for other sayings…the top one reads “Blessed are the flexible for they shall not be bent out of shape”. That was my first attempt at swapping out something from a pattern, and I enjoyed the challenge of mapping the lettering out on graph paper and getting it to fit into the space. The bottom line reads “Gentle pressure, relentlessly applied” which is what I’ve been told my project management style is like!
This sampler is absolutely beautiful!!
