Jarlsberg Cheese Dip

Jarlsberg Cheese Dip


  • 2.5 cups shredded Jarlsberg cheese
  • 3/4 cup Hellmann’s mayo
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder, if desired
  • Crackers, for serving cold
  • Tortilla chips, for serving hot


Mix all together thoroughly. If serving cold, let it chill overnight to enhance the flavors.

If serving hot, place (uncovered) in rectangular glass baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until it starts to brown and bubble. It can be baked a day ahead, refrigerated, and then reheated. It works great reheated in a crock pot!
