Mix dry ingredients:
- 3 3/4 cups whole-wheat flour
- 4 2/3 cups white flour
- 1 3/4 cups regular oatmeal (not instant)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup unsalted sunflower nuts
- 1/2 cup powdered milk
- 2 Tablespoons PLUS 1/2 teaspoon yeast
- 2 teaspoons salt
Mix well.
Add:
- 3 cups water (room temperature)
- 1/3 cup honey
- 2 eggs
Mix well for several minutes. Then add 4 Tablespoons of melted margarine or butter. Mix this in for a minute or until it is somewhat incorporated in the dough.
