Key Lime Pie

Key Lime Pie

  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • one can Eagle brand sweetened condensed milk – 14 oz.
  • one-half cup lime juice (I buy the bottle)
  • 4 heaping tablespoons of Cool Whip (whipped cream)

Mix well and pour into graham cracker crust (I purchased mine ready-made). Chill.

If you really want to be gourmet, (or naughty) drizzle each serving with chocolate syrup before serving.
