Spicy Cheese & Chili Dip

One can Hormel Chili (15 oz) – we use the ones without beans, but if you like beans, that works too. We have used both the beef and turkey kinds and they are both very good.

One 16 oz. box of Kraft Velveeta Mexican cheese. The one I have on hand is Mild, but I think they have a hotter one if you prefer a little more kick!

Melt these two ingredients together, being careful not to burn. Stir until blended well and you are ready for some tortilla chips or whatever kind of corn chips are your favorite. You can refrigerate the leftovers and re-heat for your next party! It doesn’t get much easier than this!

If these brand names are not available where you live, I’m sure there are substitutes that work just as well. Enjoy!
