Baked Kale Chips

  • 1 bunch kale
  • 1 teaspoon seasoning salt (or sea salt or your desired seasonings)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Remove the leaves from the stem of the plant with a knife or kitchen shears. Cut them or tear them into 2" or 3" lengths. Wash them and dry them completely. In a bowl, drizzle the kale with the oil and seasoning. Space them out on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake the chips about 10 to 15 minutes in a 350 degree oven. You want to bake them until the edges are brown but not burnt. Cool and store them in an air tight container.
