- 1 pound ground beef
- three-fourths cup uncooked rice
- one-fourth cup wild rice
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 small can mushrooms
- one-fourth cup soy sauce
- 2 cups water
Do not soak the wild rice. Mix all ingredients together and bake one and a half hours at 325° uncovered. Stir after the first 25 minutes.
