Honey Crunch Fruit Salad

Honey Crunch Fruit Salad


  • One and one-half cup Rice Chex cereal, lightly crushed
  • One cup Wheat Chex cereal, lightly crushed
  • One-half cup flaked coconut
  • One-half cup walnuts, chopped (optional)
  • One-fourth cup honey


  • One can crushed pineapple, drained
  • One can mandarin oranges, drained
  • One cup fresh seedless grapes – green or red
  • One pint strawberries – hulled and halved
  • 3-4 bananas, sliced
  • Toss all together and chill.


  • One cup sour cream
  • One-fourth cup powdered sugar
  • Pinch of salt

Prepare dressing, topping and fruit salad all separately. Add dressing to fruit and refrigerate. Place honey crunch topping to salad right before serving.
